This just happened to me (2006 IS250)...Radio didnt work either but then started working but no displays for hvac or radio...Any help appreciated. Imagine the dealer only wanted $1722.00 and the core to install a refurb. I didnt do it, go figure.

So if someone wanted NAV is it a simple plug and play with upgraded NAV unit?

Found a replacement on eBay for $147.00 no shipping...This is the result. Mmmmm AC again.
Simple install, just watch the dash and it super softness, i KNEW the issue and still marred it in a couple places.

^Glad to see that fixed it; it obviously doesn't fix everyone's issues, but for <$150...well worth it!

Gatafewliv i might be interested in that radio. Mine works just the buttons are all messed up from Rubbing off. any fix for this " Pop off buttons replace " or the whole radio
