I love the leatherique line for leather treatment! But I think this is something the dealer needs to replace their defective product

I don't think this is normal wear and tear. This seems abnormal for such a new car like this and you definitely need to talk to the dealer.

Also, for COATED or FINISHED leather, you do NOT need to put leather conditioner because it will not go through the coat and will just stay on the coat which will make it more sticky and prone to more dirt and stain.

For coated and finished leather, you should put something on it that protect it from the UV light and staining from dye transfer from clothes and such. One such product I have been using on both my Lexus IS250 and IS350 leather seats is 303 Aerospace Protectant. I have used it for 2 years and the leather looks brand new like the first day.

This comes from the official Lexus website and clear states "The high-quality materials in your Lexus are designed to provide years of trouble-free service, and do not require any kind of specialty treatments or conditioning to keep them looking and feeling their best.".
So, I don't believe, the above shown condition of the leather is because of lack of conditioning. If it is, then either way, Lexus is wrong.
The other parts look okay because it is a stress area and you are probably rubbing your bum on it on the way out.

Note the key word special? It does not require special treatments. Off the shelf uv protection works fine.

Please share your thoughts.

2014 Lexus Gx 30k miles and this is what my drivers seat looks like. Husbands 2011 Lexus 150k miles seats look brand new. Is my seat defective?

It looks like it has some kind of disease. Try to get it replaced if it's in warranty or maybe get some parts of replacement covered? It's cringingly bad.
