Spotted RVCAis250
I was randomly browsing ebay for wheels and came across this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-CONCEPT-ONE-CS55-CONCAVE-WHEELS-RIMS-FITS-LEXUS-IS250-IS350-/291030021157?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3AIS250&hash=item43c2bdb425&vxp=mtr
Nope, I never knew about this, haven't seen it. They never asked for my permission either but I'm not sure what I can do about it. What have others of you done?
And Gville350, I did have a brief sponsorship with them but I don't know who this seller is; I don't believe they're affiliated with Concept One.

e-mail the ebay retailer, let them know that you are the owner of the vehicle, and that they do not have the right to use your vehicle for their advertisement.
not much else beyond that, unless you want to get litigation-happy.

Well, if you did have a sponsorship, and signed paperwork...it probably mentioned about using your vehicle's images with Concept One wheels in its advertising (which would include their authorized retailers, including that one on ebay [of course I'm assuming they're authorized to re-sell Concept One wheels]). If you still have a copy of that sponsorship paperwork, I'd read it over looking for wording about using your vehicles images.
