I had a 2010 that had it. The 2011 I now have does not.

The Lexus L emblem are on 06 to 13 IS' as well as the 2014. Now maybe they changed the design and eliminated the holes sometime....

For the 2011-2013 IS in the USA, they stopped putting the LEXUS word emblem on the rear.

The "Lexus" emblem was removed on all Lexus models (IS, GS, ES, LS, RX, GX) for years 2011+.

I'm wondering also the other day, Why my 2011 F-sport doesn't have the LEXUS on the left side of the trunk.

Now we know!
I guess Lexus saves 3 or 4 bucks a unit by leaving that badge off.

My SC has the "L" emblem only. Debadged it years ago, much cleaner.

2011+ USA/Canada-Spec models dropped the "LEXUS" nameplate. Other countries kept it.

correct it was discontinued after i believe 2010 leaving 11-13 lexus badge off left side.
