That's BS about the loaner. The only rule they told me was that I couldn't have a GS loaner because I wasn't over 25 (I'm 23). Funny considering I own one... I'm glad you got everything reversed so quickly. The dealer screwed up so badly they had no choice but to reverse the contract.

S/n... Was the car really missing break pads!? That's insane!

Route 10 had stated the car just had broken Calipers on the back, there were no pads, if there were pads, they were rusted along with the calipers.

And I'm just here driving the car thinking, this is a lexus, it doesn't stop well lol.

New Car Maybe, used car I would go to Englewood Lexus or even Route 10. I know plenty of people who have purchased cars at both with no issues.

PS. Upon signing the deal, Finance told me that I HAD TO PURCHASE the Lexus extended Warranty since the car was older and thats the only way Lexus Finance would approve me for the loan.... I thought it was sketchy that lexus would REQUIRE a customer to agree to that. I was going to call and get more info on that but, car went back so quick I had no chance. However, I did ask my case manager and she told me thats 100% untrue and the dealer was clearly trying to take advantage of me.

Also beware of there online prices. Car Was 14,000 Online, After warranty and "FEES" I ended up paying 19,900..
