I recently had to change the HID lights on my 2008 IS350. To do so I had to remove the air box which consisted of disconnecting the mass air flow. The job was easy and easy to reconnect and put all parts back together. However now I am getting the VCS check light along with the check engine light and the traction control light. The car run great....even took it on the highway at over 90 miles with no issues at all. Are these light showing as a result of disconnecting the air mass and removing the air box? How can I clear these lights. Again, the car is running just fine.

Try resetting the car's systems by disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes. Sometimes folks mention having this issue when messing with the MAF sensor.
