IS250 serpentine belt
I have a chirping kind of noise only on cold morning starts or when car has been siting for a few days. I've traced the chirping noise to the serpentine belt. I spray a little mist of water on the belt while running and it goes completely quite until the water dries out in about 20 seconds and noise comes back. Once car is warmed up the noise is no longer present. I've inspected the belt and there does not seem to be any cracks or visual damage to the belt.
there seems to be a total of 6 pulleys (3 big ones and 3 small ones) which seems to match the following picture:
My car is hitting 150k miles and i dont recall the dealers ever saying anything about changing the belt.
To remove and install a new belt, does the coolant pipes get in the way? Any DIY on how to replace the belt?

I took my belt off the other day with ease. Couple of mins to take off and put back on. 14 mm on the tensioner pulley and turn counter clockwise and hold to release the tension. Belt should slip right off.

No. Simply attach a 14mm socket to whatever wrench you have (I used a breaker bar for ease of holding the tensioner pulley where I wanted it) and turn the tensioner counter-clockwise. Side belt off one pulley (I did the alternator first), and then everything else comes off rather easy. Then just do the reverse, making sure that the belt is fully seated on ALL of the pulleys before initial start-up.
Should be a 10 minute job.
