took this piece off my windshield washer reservoir. im assuming this is the washer pump? can anyone chime in and help me out. its leaking from the bottom and i still have the rubber gourmet that holds this into the reservoir. not sure if the bottom just needs a new cap or the whole part. thanks for looking

Yeah, that's the only thing that it could be since these vehicles didn't come with built-in windshield tank heaters.
