I saw several threads about the Nav Screen not working at all, so I don't know if this is the same problem or if there may be a simple fix. I can click on the screen, but it registers my click much lower and to the right of where I click, so much so that I can't really click anywhere on the screen where I need to.

Is there a simple way to re-calibrate the touch screen without having to actually use the touch screen, or is this just indicative of the numerous issues where the screen just goes bad?
