i have a similar experience but it wasnt my IS it was my old civic totally side swiped my hit my car spun almost hit a parked car and that person just spat up and left.
my passenger was scared ***** less lol.
took full damage to driver side luckily my window didnt shatter lol.

since my wheels took that much impact.. anyone know how I can have the shop check to see if the upper and lower control arms are ok?

Anything else could be wrong or anything else that I should look for?
