Default How do I adjust headlight level? IS350

I have a 2006 IS350, my car recently got into a fight with a deer. I now have a new headlight and it seems to be aiming low compared to the other headlight.

How exactly do I adjust the aiming level? I couldnt find anything on the forums or google, and the manual I have says nothing about it.

Thanks!

Depending if you have AFS or not.
It's really simple if you dont. You just have to take off your engine covers, and look to the very corners, like near the fenders. You'll see a small slot where you can poke a long philips screw driver in there. And you'll just need to turn clockwise or counter clockwise (I forgot), to aim up and down.

does anyone have a chart or specs on how high our headlights cutoff should be X feet from a wall? I eyeballed it for now, just want to be within specs and not blind oncoming drivers

Are the things I am looking for circular metal things with gear-like teeth on them? Because I put a phillips head on them and turned them a decent amount and I saw no moving of the lights beam.
