Another error on your sticker: The seats are ventilated, not cooled.

Agreed. The seats are definitely not cooled.

If you have the stickers, go to Sales Manager and then VP of Sales for that dealer..also a complaint at Corporate. Someone had to pay for this mistake...it's not something big but if it was something the other way around the dealer would make sure you pay for something by any means necessary... I made JM pay my first 3 months of payments when they messed up my contract trying to be slick...I still love them tho

I just spoke with a Mr. Heath Fell at Sewell. He was very courteous and understanding and agreed to write me up a comp for the difference in parts and labor. I was very impressed. I should be going by to pick it up after I get off work today!

Well not that I am saying to do this but, you are in a very good position to sue for misleading and untrue advertisement. While your case will be unique it is not unusual to get 10-20k for this sort of thing. This is only my opinion.

Your state might also have different laws etc.

I'm glad that worked out for you GaaraOTS. Hopefully that check is to your liking. Sad you had to do all that just to get what you were asking for. They could have just done that from the begining. Although I'd like to know why you wouldn't just have it installed. It's what you wanted when you paid for the vehicle, right?

This is was not a new car that you purchased that the car was manufactured differently from what the sticker says. The dealer obviously missed the memory items not being included in the vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure that you get what you pay for just as much as it is the dealerships responsibility that the car is advertised correctly. I do not agree with the way the dealership has handled the situation to this point but after 2 weeks there really is not much you have to complain about. At this point legally you cannot even return the car under the buyers remorse clause that is allow by law. Unfortunately you should have been more diligent in going over the car with the dealership during delivery.

This. And to the person who said he should sue...you need to have your head checked.

Glad it worked out for you.

Premium package never included memory seats and mirrors, so that's definitely an error. Luxury and Sport (up to 2010) included memory seats and mirrors.
