Default Transmission Problem !!!

hey guys today im having a problem with my lexus is250 2006 i was driving around earlier and ive noticed my car wasnt switching to 4th 5th 6th gear i tried doing it on sport and still didnt switch.... I havent checked My trans Fluid or nothing i dont know Whats wrong.... Help Me Out Guys Please

try to reset your ECU? Somehow i solve lost of problem. Let us know if it works.

the best you can do to check a fluid level is check the overflow port. There is no dipstick or fill port

take off your negative terminal and leave it disconnect for about 5 mins, connect it and start your car. First start won't work so you have to start 2nd times. It's normal.
