Default Vossen VVS 083 Repair

Can anyone from Vossen direct me in the right path in getting this fixed. Gotta love them california roads eh?

Contact one of the Vossen vendors here.. There is a 5yr warranty..

Im familiar & Id like to ask some questions in regards to the warranty because im sure they will want some sort of verification and I dont have that, I bought these wheels off another CL member..

I seriously doubt they warranty damage from a pothole lol but you can try. Thats like if you curbed the wheel and ask for a new one, not their fault at all...

I know they arent going to fix it for free.. exactly like any other warranty. Id rather just go through the company itself because like sffd said I went to wheel techniques in santa clara today and they told me the vossens come with a certain type of wrap that needs to be taken off in order to fix this? He said BBS & a couple other wheels come with this as well. I asked to speak to a Vossen vendor specifically because im sure their techs know how to fix the problem unlike wheel techniques.
