Question IS250 slow / difficult to start engine

My lexus struggles to start the engine when I press start, everytime for past 2 days.

The only way the engine starts is if I press accelerator pedal while pressing start button.

Warm start seems to work okay.

Can you guys suggest possible causes?

Spark Plugs?
Battery?
Starter motor?

My Car has 128,000km. I bought it at 96,000km.
Only service items I have done is Engine OIL + Filter.

Don't know if previous owner has changed spark plugs etc

start cleaning the throttle body .... it happen mostly in all cars and a few think about throttle body....slow accelration.....low RPM.....hard to start specially in cold weather

second check the air mass sensor and IAC......maybe need cleaning or replace.....cos when you cranking engine mostly the mixture become rich and need air and it's the air mass sensor job.......that's why you need to press the pedel when you start engine......start cleaning first cos so you won't lose bucks

the new cars need throttle body cleaning every while depend on the place you live in.....my country is dusty and I clean it every 3 or 4 months

vid of how for all cars

so the important thing it not to push the throttle plate by eny thing....open the key only on don't let the engine crank and inside and around

to me I use

it's work but it's hard to start surging and smoke a lot ...need to keep the rpm on 2000 until it work smooth but will keep somking for 15 mins...but you get the result 100%

Forget to told you not to use this for cleaning the sensors........use electronic cleaner and there is a special cleaner for sensors I don't know it's name actully cos I never use it

It could also be that you used a high temperature oil than a low temperature one like 5W30 or 0W20 as relevant to your climatic conditions.

I would check the type of oil being used, then check the throttle body, then check the IACV. Are you noticing a high idle?
