Default ECT Button Power/Snow + Traction Control Not working

Hi,

I recently purchased a used 07 Lexus IS350. I have pressed the traction control button many times but for some reason the dashboard light does not come on to let me know that traction has been turned off. Also, If i press the ECT button either for POWER or SNOW it does not light up on the dash so i dont really know if has activated those options. When I start the car I made note that the lights for those options do turn on for a split second wich tells me that the bulbs are working.

Any input on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
