IS350 Retrofit Projectors- has anyone else done it this way?
My retrofit headlight project has finally been completed, I was wondering if anyone else had attempt the same idea. If so I would love to see some pics.
Usually most retrofits only do the OEM projector, mine is a bit different.....
And while I was at it, I figured might as well do the stand-alone fog light mod with OEM foglight switch as the toggle. No external switches at all, exactly how it SHOULD have come from the factory.
Credits to TNVIPGS for install and working out the wiring.
I will add night pics later tonight.
and here are the pics:
Foglights only
Fog + parking lights (you can barely see the LED in the high beam area...
Low beams on
LED blinkers
Sorry some of the pics were out of focus... was hot and I just got off work haha. And at the time of posting this I realized I forgot to take high beam pics... the new projector is also bi-xenon.

Those are either D2S minis or H1 minis correct? I've thought about doing this before but in my way, I'd remove the cut off shield from the stock projectors and switch over the low beam power to the newly fitted projectors. That way it works like the new RX 350 with the low beams inside and the high beams on the outside, except via a projector. Please show us some pics of the fitment.

I got the Morimoto Mini projectors used for fog lights. I don't have pics of install because I didn't do the install myself. I can take some more close ups in the sunlight tomorrow.
Basically how its set up right now is all 4 lows turn on at the same time and when the high beam switch is used, they all will high beam also (stock bixenons + aftermarket)

Looks good! Credit to whoever did that retrofit, looks like they got everything to work as you wanted. I'm assuming they didn't have to cut anything to fit the Minis in there, right?
This would be illegal in my province (MB).. we're only allowed to have 4 driving lights on at one time
