Default IS250 Headlight Loose part inside...Please Help!

Hi guys, can anyone please help me with this problem. I'm so confused as to how this happened. Today I went out to wash my car and noticed the headlight on the driver's side had a loose piece where the turn signal is. I have no idea how that happened as I did not touch anything near there. Can someone show me how to push this loose piece in place? Thanks, guys

Since I've retrofited both these and LED headlights I can tell you that the only way to fix that is to open up the headlight and pop the piece back in place. I would also use a small drop of clear apoxy to make sure it does not happen again.

If your are still under warranty go to the dealer and have them fix it.

You have to open up the headlight to fix it or stop by at dealer ship if you under warranty

Thanks for pointing that out guys, I tend to forget about warranty as I rather fix things myself than let those monkeys at the dealer touch my car.

+1, dealer would most likely just give you a new headlight too if you're under warranty. Sweet

Then you have two options, fix it yourself by opening up the headlight or buy a new headlight.

Well if you bought your car as a Certified Pre-Owned then the warranty gets extended to 100K miles.
