how to eject navigation map disc?

my navigation map doesnt show on my navigation.all white stripe.i want try eject map disc but when. press menu.it all show white stripe.is there any other way eject map disc?Thank anyone can help

Did you remove the clock panel and tried tapping the corners of the screen? For me its upper right, lower right, lower left.

i will try that.the thing on my screen right now show white stripe.

navi disc is where the clock is, only way to eject it is by the navi screen as i know or the dealer can hook up the techstream laptop and that may work...
