Default Interior swap?

Well I met this guys at a show yesterday. I got 2nd. Anyways, I know him from Facebook and he has an ISX50 also. But he let someone borrow it and they crashed it. So his is black on black and mine is TP and grey.I asked if he would be interested in a interior swap, to my surprise he said yes. So I'm going to check them out to see if their ok. My question is how hard is it to remove the seats and door panels.? I tried a search i.e interior swap, interior, leather.

I don't think there's a DIY but it's very very easy. The front seats are held on by 4 bolts each and the rear seat is on clips, so it just pops right up.

Its not difficult if your mechanically inclined. Once you start taking it apart, its very obvious what to do, everything is held in by clips and a few bolts.

Only problem is its time consuming. With a friend and myself, it took about 6 hours to take apart the entire interior of my car. It was our very first time doing it with no DIY, and we worked really slowly as to not scratch anything.

The door panels are fairly easy to remove. Fairly straight forward but remember that there is a tab near the inside handle that needs to be released so the panel can be removed. My other recommendation is to use a plastic door panel popper tool so that you don't scratch the paint. It is a lot easier to remove the panel on hot rather than cold days.
