Default Please help! Don't know what to do ?

Ok so I have a 2008 Lexus IS250. My battery died and u left it dead for about a week to a week and a half, I got a new battery (optima red top) turn on my car and now non of the power works and my car won't rev higher the 3k . I check all my fuses everything is good but when I check the fuses inside where the pedal are at for some reason those fuses aren't receiving power? Can someone please help me?

Can you get the alternator checked? Perhaps the alternator isn't charging the new battery causing electrical systems issues?
