Anyway of fixing this? It's eating up my tires and it's the front fender.

use a blowdryer to heat it up then use a pipe or bat and roll it against your tires

Use a heat gun to heat the paint so it doesn't crack but don't heat it too much and use a rubber tip hammer to tap it back up.

^ this is correct. You can also use a rubber mallet. Good luck.
