I'd like to know how I can tell if my car has the "sport package" it's an 07. What are the things to look for?

 

Sports package comes with aluminum pedals and springs that are like .25 inches lower. Also aluminum non illuminated door sills.

 

heated/ventilated seats
perforated seats
aluminum pedals
aluminum door sills
power telescoping steering wheel
memory seats
no wood interior
.25" lower suspension than non sports

 

I love my sport pkg equipped 350. Every option I'd ever want!

 

I've seen some sport package is with headlight washer and parking assist.

 

Those are stand-alone options. They are not part of the package. In some areas of the country, in some MYs, Lexus pretty much automatically equipped cars with addl options like headlight washers, spoiler, park assist, etc.

 

Yeah, mine came with park assist, headlamp washers, and AFS HIDs.

 

What's park assist? Mine beeps when I get close to stuff. I don't think mine is sport pkg though

 

That is park assist, it was a standalone option and didn't require a package to get it.

Sport package and Luxury package share a lot of same features. The differentiators are:

1. Sports has aluminum pedal
2. Sport has stiffer spring and hence lower
3. Luxury has illuminated door sills.
4. Luxury had automatic rear sun shade

 

And Luxury had wood trim

 

It warns you if you get close to hitting something, back and front. It assists you in parking in tight spaces. Its a pretty rare option. I have that as well. Mine went off one day when I was at a stop light and a fat chick was crossing the street and got too close to my front bumper. beep beep beep lol.
