Front, rear or all the way around? I am running 18x9s at +35 on the rear of my IS with the factory 255/40/18s and they fit perfectly. Can't vouch for fitment on the front as I am still running 18x8s up there. I am using F Sport springs so I'm about 3/4" lower than factory ride height. And to reinforce Bob's advice, use the search function when you have a question. With the 2nd Gen being out since '06, there are very few questions that haven't already been asked and answered on CL.

That tire size should be fine.
