Default Noobie

Hi All,

In a few days I will be getting a 2006 Lexus IS350 RWD. I will have it lower with megan racing EZ Street Series. I will be using the stock wheels for now. I want to lower the car and still be able to make a U-turn easily.

(1) How low should I lower it?
(2) Do I need spacer for it? With or without studs? And do I need to remove the stock stud?

I plan to get 20' wheels later. I want all of the wheels to be the same size.

Thanks ahead for your help.

Hello and welcome to CL. Congrats on the car. You can lower it as low as you want it. When you get your 20" wheels you'll want to carefully plan the wheel and tire sizes. The RWD has staggered wheels so most people get wider wheels in the rear. You can get spacers all around. Many people put 15mm spacers and some use use the spacers with the studs already mounted on them.

Thanks for the information. I saw a video of your "black princess" today. Can you make a u-turn with you car? Any fender or etc mod for size of your wheels. Any tire rubbing for your car?
So new to this. Hope I did not offend you with noobie questions.

Thanks again.
