Avs Visors = fail
See that's the problem with where I live, in good ol greer sc there are not many if any modded cars. I got some many looks in my old is300 haha! If I in fact could have seen both in person I would have spent the money, I just can not justify it when I'm looking at pictures online.
I am very happy I got the oem Lexus visors after seeing a couple cars here with the AVS. They look nothing like oem and fit weird. Also seems like after they are out in the heat they get all wavy ect.
I've got the AVS visors bro, and my driver side one has bowed outward AND inward...yet the passenger side front one is fine. It think part of the problem is installation. I've got another full set to install if I ever feel like it though.
How come they don't make 'USDM' Lexus visors for our cars? It's crazy to think these $400 dollar visors are really meant to be this much retail considering they're only 4 pieces of plastic.
I'm guessing these visors were only optional OEM equipment on the Japanese 2IS and not in the states?
JDM Visors look good for sure tho...

I installed mine high, when the door is open and you look down from the top you can not see the tape. I was keeping in mind that I read where someone's visor bent in and hit the window.

I have AVS visors and I love them...mine don't droop or warp or non of that...its how you install them as well...if you push the tail end between where the window go up first then lightly press everything in place then that shouldn't happen at all...I have installed 5 IS's down here and non of them have this issue and their cars live in the sun dAily...
It's no JDM but it damn well look good...IMO looks good enough to pay 1/4 the price

I think if the instructions including something about putting spacers blue taped againist the window during installation there would be few on failures. I only thought of doing this after my own install and seeing the driver side start to deflect. Oh well, got a replacement set if I ever want to try it again.
