Hello,
I have a spare air filter for a 2005 RX330; is this the same filter as the air filter needed for a 2009 IS250?

I think they may be different but thats from doing the most basic of searches.

 

from the pictures i have seen the rx330 filter it is a different design from the IS filter.

As other people mentioned.... They are different.

 

Cars in North America with the same filter as the 06-13 IS250/IS350: 07-11 GS350, 06-07 GS430.

That's not the filter that's being discussed here. That is the cabin air filter, we are talking about the engine air filter.
