have anyone have their car at the first startup in the morning that can feel the car is shaking and idle is around 1500-1800 rpms? but once the gear shift to R or D, the shaking is gone, also the idle will go down to 900 at gear D ? and about half year ago, i was waiting at the traffic light and my car is shaking very hard. Is it normal or theres something wrong with the engine ?

 

IS250? If so, probably carbon build up.

 

Yup sounds like you will be a candidate for the CSP TSB fix. Is Lexus in Canada being cooperative and rebuilding engines?
I wish I researched more before I bought my Wife the 250 two weeks ago,2012 new car though. I would have bought the 350.
