if you put a yellow overlay on the fog light housing it should help make it more yellow.

also i have an HID kit for my fogs and im using a 3000k amber hid bulb but it looks **** yellow to me and can only tell its yellow when i reflects off the ground. but i have seen other ISx50 with bright as hell yellow which is what i really want. can any one help? im tired of the **** yellow look from my hid kit
I'd personal go with Halogen, I've got "3k HIDs" in my fogs and they look GREEN not amber yellow.
I guess it just depends on which vendor you go with but i've seen "3k" kits that look yellow, some amber, and like mine, green.
I've also seen numerous yellow halogen bulbs that give out that deep amber look your looking for.

If u are looking for more functional fog lights, I recommend HID.
If u are looking for looks only. LED is fine.
I would go more HID since IS has poor projector and the light output is not great. With the help of HID foglight, you can see the road much better. HID 4300K kit should match up the stock low beam well
There is a thread on how to install foglight bulbs (or HID) without removing the bumper. Just bend the fender cover and you can reach the foglight connectors.

So what is the difference between a 3000k and a 4300k? Is that still amber?
