I took a picture underneath my engine bay. Where you remove the plastic cover to get to the engine oil filter area.
FYI is a 2010 IS350 still under warranty and the pic was right after i changed my oil

Engine bays get dirty and its hard to make out how it actually looks from the pictures. If your worried, you can steam clean your engine bay and then closely watch where the dirt is collecting. I.E. Where and why you are having dirt build up in certain areas.
pm'd RTIS250(he's a lexus' tech) he said it looks like a front timing cover oil leak
"it'll take a dealer a day or two.. it involves removing the intake, valve covers, all engine accessories, lower suspension, oil pans, etc etc..."

Dealer just called me to confirmed.. my front timing cover is leaking.
Won't be getting the car back till Wednesday and I'm stuck with the 200ct.
I recommend everyone here should look for oil leaks for their front timing covers.
All you need to do is remove the plastic cover to gain access to your oil filter area and use a flashlight. It should be around the passenger side of your engine. GL

I have been getting a very faint & intermittent whiff of burnt oil. I have no drops on the garage floor but have noticed I went from top mark on the oil stick to middle mark in 2500 miles.
Do I have the same leak, you think?

No oil on the garage floor. Oil was just seeping out. You will need a flash light and open the plastic cover to get to the oil filter area. Just take a look..
Edited - My SA from longo lexus also told me that.. is a common problem for our car to leaked oil from the timing cover. There's already been like 2 recalls on this issue alone in 2006 and 2009(2009 might be a new tsb forgot) and mine is a 2010.
This isn't a cheap fixed either. The cost of fixing this run around $3000-$4000. I feel bad for the people that is not under powertrain warranty anymore

No one mentioned a TSB about it though.
It looks like oil leak to me. Look at the bolt holding some pipe you see oil right there. Plastic guard catch all the oil that's why no oil on the floor
