Let us know how this works out for you. I had thought about getting a roll of carbon fiber wrap but ive never worked with vinyl wrap before so this would be great if it looks good.

Getting it done by someone experienced is better. Found a guy locally that did amazing on mine. Will post pics later in a new thread, don't wanna jack OP's thread here. Doing it yourself is not as easy if you have never done it before. But if you feel you got the skills, have at it. I'd pay a little extra to have that peace of mind when its done you know? Good luck!

Find it odd that you struggled with the vinyl. It took me a few hours, but it was incredibly easy to do.

Good luck with the new kit.

So did you photo the wrap? Or are you just going to show us the final product?

I'm really interested to see how this turns out. I think it will look cool.

I'm pretty sure i have that same "real carbon fiber overlay dash kit" and let me tell you the fitment isn't perfect. You will have extra space on the sides of most pieces. Now if you have red wood interior like i do, it will stick out like a sore thumb and look terrible. What i did was put both the vinyl overlay, and then the real carbon fiber overlay on tob of that. I posted pics of it in another thread a while back.
