I had stock 18" wheels on my 2006 is350 for awhile now, and I'm tire of the look of it I just swap new 18" on them. I put new set of kumho 225/45/18 tires all around on it too. The problem is the front are rubbing a little bit on the fender liner when I do turns, is it okay or do I have to go back 225/40/18 tire?
I'm not dropping mine right now but I will probably later. The wheel size is 18 by 8 all around how could I find the offset of my wheels? I'm new into wheels.

If you're on stock 18" - they're +45 offset.
By changing from 225/40/18 to 225/45/18, it is a 3.43% diameter difference. Difference is 0.89" more in overall diameter, 0.44" in overall sidewall height, and 0.44" in overall radius, which translates to 2.89" more in overall circumference.
To be honest, your tire size IS definitely the reason why you're rubbing at this point, as the 45 series tire is increasing your rolling circumference by quite a few inches. Even if we increase our wheel size to 19", but use 225/35/19", the difference is still under 1%.
+1 with what Uda880 said. If its just minimal rub you might be able to heat and push the fender liners up/out of the way but I would probably go back to the correct 40 series tire.
