The OEM tires is 225/40/18 18x8

Your new tires is 245/40/18 18x9

The tire is a bit big, but i think it will work.
You might have to rub down some fender liner with a heat gun though.

if i was in your shoes, i'd just put those on, drive around the block. if it doesn't rub, great. if it does, that'll answer your question. it's not that hard.
