Just venting.....

I was on hwy. 5 (heading to Fresno) driving my IS250 minding my own business this morning. Then this F#CKER!!! next to me (in his black IS350) taunting me to race - stock for stock. You jackA$$!! we're in the same team (IS owners) for crying out loud, yet alone you know my 250 will not stand a chance. I don't like to fight unless I'm in the ring, but today I just felt like beating this guys a$$ on the side of the road.

I don't know what it is with some IS350 owners. Must be an ego thing.

Anyway, blood pressure is normal again. Thanks for letting me vent.

 

350 owners are so cocky, they think its so funny how slow 250s are so they mess around with people like that. No big deal, it's whatever.

 

Cool story. Move to Houston and you'll actually have something more meaningful to complain about on the road

 

I have had some fun like that with other IS owners. I didn't mean anything by it. It was just like me waving to another Jeep owner if I drove a Jeep. Its just me saying hi and nice choice on a vehicle.

 

Sounds like a total douche. He must have lost a race and wanted to make himself feel better. How exactly did he taunt you?

Not all 350 owners are cocky, I went from a 250 to a 350, but I don't try to initiate races, and especially not with cars that I know are slower, nor do I drive aggressively.

 

I think it is less of a 350 owner being cocky and more of just that particular person being cocky. The only reason I bought a 350 over a 250 is because it had lower miles for the same price at the time that I was looking for one.

and IS250 owners like to compensate by making a lot of noise on the forums but nothing much else.

well, except for heyarms, because he got boost.

 

I go after the ISF owner haha....it more funnier. I rev they gun it then they wait for me as I'm just on cruise control. It's like taking my dog for a walk playing fetch lol. Don't take it to the hearts ISF owners .

That's interesting, most other Lexus owners (350 owners included) that I see on the road will wave or give me a thumbs up at most. Never had any of them try and race me! lol

 

Hwy 5 is two lane hwy. He was tailgating at first wanting me to go faster than 75mph. I didn't do that, so he moved lane and started speeding and slowing down. I looked at him but he never looked.

And I agree, not all IS350 owners are cocky. I have two friends that own 350. Like other said, they bought used 350 because it was same price as new 250. So they think they got a better deal.
