Default Need help 09 is 250

Got a 09 is250 and today I notice that my sunroof is leaking when it rains and my sunroof is closed any body got any idea what could be the problem it leaks from the back part of the sunroof I had the dealership fix the sunroof like months ago because it was creaking when it's tilted up and I checked the sunroof when it's closed the sunroof towards the rear is lower then the front so it's not aligned could this be causing the leak any suggestion on how to raise the rear part of the sunroof

Let me see if i have this correct. The sunroof wasn't leaking before, then you took it to the dealership to get it fixed & now it's leaking? I'd take it back to the dealership make them fix it! Sounds like its their fault.
