Dropped Transmission?
Yesterday I noticed my transmission was having issues getting started in first, shifting to second, and getting out of second gear. I was worried and let it sit overnight, but I just went outside to start it and it wouldn't move in either reverse or drive, or s-1. Just looking for input...

Gotta get it checked out by a dealer if you are under warranty or by another shop maybe if you aren't. Transmission issues on the auto for the ISx50 are very very rare, but there's always a possibility i guess. I've only seen one person replace an auto transmission here on the forums (and that was by choice too I believe).

Sadly I'm not under warranty- update:
When I tried to start my car the first time and it wouldn't go into gear I had left it running to warm up for me a little bit. Shifted, wouldn't move.
Got home 4 hours later, cold start, shifted to D, and thank god it moved. Still rough shifts, but it at least got itself into gear.
Maybe this can add some info into the equation, I've got a service appointment at my dealership on Tuesday.
Any other input is welcome, thanks for the help.
On the rough shifts on cold engine topic- I'd say this is normal. A search will find you a variety of threads talking about this issue. It seems like (to me at least) the trans likes to stay in lower gears to warm itself up. The rough shifts are easier on the transmission because it's not expending as much energy (iirc, same effect as the power button). Correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Now that cold weather is here, its best to let these expensive cars warm up for a "few" minutes before screeching out of the driveway depending on just how cold out it is.

It happened under the first owner. I'm the second.
I called the dealership service department where it was replaced and all they could tell me was the dash light came on, and the code said the transmission needed to be replaced... Seems like more notes would have been entered than that into the system, but that is all the service manager was going to tell me.
I was really surprised it failed so early. But the good thing is, 33k more miles than if it had not been replaced to worry about the so called "lifetime fluid" in these trannys.

^ I guess that makes 2 people that I've seen had their auto transmissions replaced lol. But still, its very rare for the auto transmission to need replacing on this car. There's a member here that was over 250k miles before the auto transmission started to slip so i wouldn't worry too much about the lifetime fluid either.
