Default Advice Needed Please: Losing Traction!

So for the past couple months down here in SoCal it's rained on and off every couple weeks or so and every time it's rained I've lost traction and had the traction light blink and beep on the dashboard. And today it rained again and so I was at a light waiting to turn left and when it turned green I just smoothly started to turn and as I began to straighten out I began to accelerate a bit like you usually do. Except this time I lost traction again and my rear wheels began to slide and I didn't regain control til a second or two later. So now I'm worried about this problem but am not completely sure what could be the cause of this problem. I have an IS250 RWD and my wheels aren't staggered unfortunately so I'm wondering if that's the reason. I have toyo proxes 4 (which are suppose to be all season performance tires) and my rear tires are also stretched and I'm lowered on h&r's so not that big of a drop.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on because I had an '06 GS before this IS and I've never lost traction like that. Any input from you guys would be appreciated. Thank you.

The fact that you're running streched tires doesn't help. What psi are you running in the rear? If you have adjustable coilovers I would tell you to soften the dampers, but it sounds like you don't. Hard to imagine a 250 breaking traction really. LOL, J/K! I break loose on my 350 about 10 times a day! It's the way I drive really; oh well, I love it!

Nope, ECT PWR mode is off. I have about maybe at most 5k miles on my tires, and i had them inflated a few weeks ago when i had my brakes switched out.
