Yellow halogen light bulbs?
We carry yellow Nokya Halogen bulbs as well as 3000k HID kits =)
I currently run 3000k HIDs in my fogs and absolutely love them. I find they really are a functional upgrade as well as a cosmetic one.

The size of the ballast should have no effect on the color output of the bulb. A "thick" ballast will not necessarily provide a different color than a thin bulb. It has a lot to with the actual bulb and the technology used in the ballast.
