I have a clear bra but used to find that I got a lot of chips in places the clear bra did not cover. I use the OEM touch up paint and I think it comes out as good as the skill of the person applying. Here's how the pros do it and I think you could use OEM touch up paint with this method:

Another thing that I have done which I've found significantly reduces the number of stone chips I get was to use a good sealant. I use Black Fire Wet Diamond and I can honestly say the amount of chips I've gotten after using this product has been cut down significantly.

Thanks everyone, I will get this fix even though it's something small, I would like the car to always look clean haha..
