Default Rotor replace Question

I have a 2008 IS250 and I bought it from a dealer 9 months ago. My car is at 57k and the rotors has never been replaced. I was planing to go with power slotted from StopTech. But the thing is when should I replace my rotors ? it seems clean to me still but i want to be sure, if not I could save that money on a different mod.

You should replace them when there's something wrong with em.

Depending how you drive that'll be at 20,000 miles, or maybe 100,000 miles or more.

(and unless you're tracking the car there's no practical benefit to slotted rotors- and a real drawback of eating pads about 25% faster)
