I heard back from them today, they are going to resend the tint.
I sent in pictures showing the package. (I am assuming they'll use that to recover cost from USPS)
Everyone was very right, awesome service and good response time. Should be getting the tint in a few days. All in all I would purchase from them again. Like someone said I am sure it was just a fluke in the shipping.

Once everyone else started replying, I started to feel better. Sometimes ordering off the web can be very risky so always nice to get feed back from others.
I will order from them again if I find something else to get (which something tells me I will)
