ok so i bought a item from suprastore.com and i then realized that i needed a different item (i bought it on a sat. so it hadnt been shipped) so i contacted them, and they said they would cancel the order and "get me" the other part. (the thing i got was on backorder anyways) well the other part is a different price..and ive yet to get any kind of refund or store credit. Ive tried contacting them a few times (by email, im in school durng their operating hours) to no avail. soooo what should i do?

u gotta call em man..i tried the email thing..and that dint work..i just called n called..they answer 75% of the time..i ordered an exhaust almost 3 weeks ago..and i finally got a tracking number today!..before today..theyre service was horrible..but i guess that theyre just lazy..which still is horrible..but as long as i kno my part is coming..then its all good to me..i dont mind waiting..i jus want a confirmation about when my item is coming..so all in all..i would give this shop an overall 5 out of 10

 

im in the same boat he's in except i ordered mine before him and i still havent got my tracking number. Your best bet is to keep calling them very rarely do i get a response from them through an email.

 

their service is really good i havent had any problems.
