Stole this from my Honda Ridgeline forum and apologizes if thread is already on here, but didn't see it when I did a search.

I'll kick it off with a couple of basic features.

Holding the unlock button down on the key fob for 5 seconds lowers all the windows.

If you pair your iPhone with audio, as well as phone and you have iTunes or Pandora etc, when you get in the car it will automatically turn on the music, from your phone provided you had it playing last time.

OK, your turn!

Only 2010 and newer models can do music over BT

And the windows rolling down is an LPS, so some cars will do it and some won't depending on year and if the LPS was changed or not.

1herm4, assuming you have the Pandora App and a 2010 or newer Lex with BlueTooth, you'll be given an option when you pair the phone with the car to choose audio as well as phone.

After pairing audio, select Bluetooth on the Aux/CD button, make sure Pandora is playing and you are good to go.

one question for you guys, can I play DVDs'? I read in the owners manual that it can but never have I been able to do this. I heard only ML head units can.

Cars without ML don't have DVD players, so, no.

(to be more specific, you need both ML and nav... you don't get a DVD changer/player otherwise... get either option alone and you get the same 6-disc CD-only changer/player as everyone else)

Not true. My '06 plays music over BT (stock ML system). Once I receive a call, the Lexus BT channel somehow gets stuck on, then after that all iPhone audio goes thru the head unit.

It's not always consistent. But once the phone is paired (iOS 4 and later), and someone calls me, then all audio out of the phone after that is piped thru the headunit via BT. Texts, mail alerts, music, etc. Crazy

Hi Nikon

I thought on 2010 and above I read that the bluetooth includes audio. When i got my 2011 model I was able to play my bluetooth audio without having to plug it into the aux plug. So now when i want to play my music from my iphone i just turn on my bluetooth and because it is paired for bluetooth audio or bluetooth audio is turned on on my nav unit in the car I don't have to use the wire to play my music. It is wireless. Same thing with pandora. I just sign onto my pandora account on my iphone and hit the usb/aux button on the receiver and i have pandora from my iphone playing through the bluetooth audio in my car.

i hope this made some sense....
