HELP!! Check VSC code

Car is reading a wierd code. What does this mean and how do I fix it??

Did you get that msg / CEL at start-up or during normal operation at temperature?

I would clear it and see if it pops up again

Yeah It happened at start up. Immediately drove to an auto zone and had them check it. If my memory serves me right I had it cleared and waited for it pop back up again about 3-4 months ago and it just came back today. But I ended up driving with it on and traveling roughly 200 miles and I turned the car off then back on and it was gone. Does anybody know what it could be? I just don't want it to be a bad thing if I don't get it fixed.

Have you ever or do you currently get the start-up grinding noise upon start-up? Have you had this TSIB performed on your car?

Sounds like the symptoms of Carbon build up. Is this an IS250?

After reading that link, it surely sounds like the symptoms of the carbon build-up TSIB.

Yes, AWD IS250 according to his garage.
