i read a couple threads on this already. left the car for two days in the garage and it was hot in socal. started it today and it had a violent shake. felt like an V8 staring up and a rough idle. It went away after i rev it a few times. This was the first time and im at 47k. Any one else have the same issue? Is a carbon build up? Injectors? should i run seafoam?

 

Probably carbon build up. Left my car sitting almost an entire week and had the same issue. Very violent start up that smoothed out after the car warmed up and I drove it hard. It's also happened in the past to me after letting it sit for just 3 or 4 days.

 

Yes, my mechanic mentioned that shaking at star tup as one of the symptoms of the carbon buildup.

took it out for a run and then everything is back to normal
