Default service record question

Hey guys I’m new to Lexus and had a few questions for the experts here. I just purchased a 2007 IS250 with 90k miles this past weekend. I absolutely love the car but had a few questions after doing some reading here in the boards. It is a known issue that they have a faulty water pump; I was reading a print-out of the service record that the sales rep provided and I can’t figure out if it was replaced or just checked. I have attached a part of the service record report. Also take a look at condition #1 that worries me a little. I have been driving the car every day since Saturday and it feels great. But any advice for a rookie like me would be much appreciated.

#1 is most likely for the Carbon Build up issue
#7 is like jgr7 said, remove and replace water pump
Both are fairly common issues on the IS250.

I completely agree. You may want to do a search on carbon build up and see what some of the others have been saying. If the purchase is fairly recent, you may want to see if the dealership would be willing to work out some deal to do a decarb on the vehicle. I think it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 150 or so. But don't quote on that as I'm not a 250 owner. I just read up on it from time to time.

Actually, I believe it was closer to $400 on my paperwork that was billed to Lexus for the top engine clean. Thank god for warranties
