Default Pulled my lexus Records

Just found out today i can login into lexus.com to pull the records and im amazed to see how much stuff has been replaced on my car!!!!

the first owner had it at the dealer almost every 2-3 months.

@67k i had my head gaskets replaced, rear calipers, water pump, clock spring assembly, power steering link assembly, front left and right sub frame assembly brace and timing chain case gasket.

@31k replaced rear view mirror, replaced the navigation system, performed the instrument rattle TSIB,

@17k replaced driver seat

im kind of glad i got all new parts, but at 67k in 4/09 im suprised the head gaskets went so early!

Well done Mixa86 yep its also a really good idea to do that when you think you found a used lexus you want to purchase. So you can know if the recalls and etc. have been fixed ontime or even done at all.

When I logged into mine, it listed that it had been serviced at some point at 40,000 miles... when I bought the car it only had 31k on it... never investigated it but I hope it was a typo!

Good find! I didn't know this existed until I logged in. As expected, it shows 3 pages of service work done at the Lexus dealership. Too bad it doesn't list my Indy on there too, but I suppose Carfax would show that.

The above happened to me, and I've asked about getting it corrected/edited/removed...but the service advisor said it was impossible. Came into the dealership after I heard the start-up rattle for the first time, advising them to look into it. They couldn't duplicate it of course, but since the regional Lexus rep was luckily at the dealership that day they got him to approve Lexus to fix it under the TSIB. Well, weeks later I checked the Lexus.com site to see what that day was listed as on the history and it showed a mileage of 56k or something weird as I was only around 40k at the time.

Oh well, since then I've had them do an alignment and that showed the correct mileage. So when I sell the car in the future I'll at least have that showing the 56k mileage entry was bogus.

Hah - Mine's the opposite. Regular service up till when I bought it, after then there's a whole slew of parts that have been replaced while i've had the car. Thank god for the CPO warranty!! I know i've made crazy good use of mine.

I just checked the records of a car I'm looking at. Are any of these worrisome?

- TECH REPLACED DRIVER'S SIDE GLASS DOOR RUN ASSEMBLY
- TECH REMOVED AND REINSTALLED FRONT DOOR OUTER FRAMES,DOOR TRIMS TO DRILL OUT AND
- TECH REPLACED THE EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY
- TECH FOUND THE SERVO MOTOR FOR THE MODE DOOR IN A/C WAS LOOSE,CAUSING DOOR NOT T
- TECH REPLACED BOTH FRONT DOOR WEATHER STRIPS AND SECURED R. DR WTHERSTRIP ASSY, CLIP
- COMB: OPPOSITE SIDE
- TECH RETORQUED SUNROOF MOUNTS & REINSTALLED FINISH PANELS
- TECH REPLACED FRONT DISC BRAKE PADS, SHIMS AND ROTORS (BOTH SIDES) F.DSC 1-SD INCL;R&R DSC PAD
- COMB: OPPOSITE SIDE

The rest of the records are typical oil changes, inspections, and for interior rattles. Seems the owner took decent care of it.
