hey guys i think i messed up...

this message popped up right
"Cannot delete 'tahoma_1_08.ttf' : There has been a sharing violation. The source of destination files may be in use."

so i cant do anything so i shut it down and now im stuck to the "intelligent infotainment system" screen and it doesnt do anything after that

is there anyway i could fix this?

i messed up big time!!

im stuck on this screen but ac works, radio works, dvd works (when i press dvd, it eats a cd). its just the screen
help please!

Did you hit the reset button under the SD card? That happend to me, I held the reset button for 10 seconds and it started up fine

When I hit the manager.exe file and it took me back to the navi main screen the whole screen was messed up. The fonts were messed up and it looked like I got some kind of virus. I did this maybe 3x then realized I should hit "no" to actually continue the D2280 file update and it then kept the old "tahoma_1_08 file which is the system fonts and processed the rest of the updates. After hitting the manager.exe file it took me back to the main navi screen and everything works great! I will test out the temp fix now and then try to get this damn gps receiver working.

Honestly, next time I will buy a car with navi!!! lol

Hey guys I both tried pressing the reset button for 10 seconds and disconnecting the battery for 5 mins and both don't work

I think I bricked mines. Fml

So basically theres no d2280 on staticstore because I tried deleting the old d2280 to replance it with the new one but now I cant anyone knkw how to fix it

I was trying to fix the radio so I downloaded the new d2280 file. Then when I was trying to delete the original d2280 file. I got an error about tahoma_1 so idk what happened then I turned it off. Now when I try opening it it gets frozen to the start up screen

I had the same issue about the font when I was updating, but I didn't turn off the unit; instead I copied the new d2280 folder over and overwrite the stuff.

The problem you have now it's looking for the Manager.exe file in the unit and can't find it. You can try holding the Menu button for 20 seconds as it turns on to see if you can get to a special menu. Otherwise, you probably need to return it for service.
