Hello, people.
For some reason I still have problems with the logo file. Here i attach t the message I always get when turn on the unit. Can please someone tell me what am I doing wrong and help me correct the issue? Or at least share the logo file that works just fine?

The error says your logo file isn't 16 or 24 bits. You need to save your file as a bmp (not just change the file extension) and make sure it is saved as a 16 or 24 bit bmp. That should do it.
Hm ok, if it was one of the newer models , then you may need to buy an additional adapter for the ipod cable to work/charge. However since it is the first model, it should be plug & play.
Did you check for loose connections? Maybe the unit in the back isnt plugged in all the way, or the wire is being pinched somewhere. The connection in the back is fragile, so be careful. Mine broke in shipping

AIR BAG MIL LIGHT on lexus es 350 with roadrover C7008LE
Hi MEANT, I bought a roadrover C7008LE GPS/DVD etc multifunctional unit from ebay, had it installed on my lexus es350 2007, working fine but got a AIR BIG MIL red light on dash, which is not going away with 10 min off the car battery. Do you know of any suggestions what might be wrong? I have my car in lexus delarship for oil change and air bag reset today to check the MIL light and will know soon which code was generated in the computer to pop up the light...The original lexus head AC unit has PASSENGER light (Red) and an AIR bag ON/OFF light (yellow color) , where the roadrover unit has Only passenger red light ..Any tips? markovchr@gmail.com

a new wiring harness AIR bag mil light
Found some more info in that fly audio thread. Apparently this problem was corrected by fly audio sending their customers a new wiring harness for their unit's which made the airbag srs light go away. This was back in early 2012 so even though this may not be the same manufacturer of the fly audio unit perhaps they knew of the issue and corrected it before selling? Not too sure but hopefully my srs airbag light doesn't come back on.

First I'd like to say to anyone who wonders if they can install this unit themself, the answer is YES! I am a woman who knows nothing about cars or electronics but thanks to this forum, I had all the information I needed to install it myself without damaging anything! It is a true plug and play install.

My car is an 08 and I ordered it through LSQ Star early May for $540 including shipping. My sales rep there is Jery and she has been really great and very responsive. She did tell me that they no longer sell this unit for that price though and that it is now $600 + shipping and add-ons. It did take a full month before I received it because they don't have them in stock.
She's been so great that she sent me the update to fix the FM station issue! Now the problem is I'm not sure what to do with it and worried about uploading it wrong and messing up my system which works like a charm otherwise. So.... Below is a dropbox link to the 3 files (which may also include an updated OS version? - I really don't know what the files are....).
Anyone familiar with the update process wants to try this fix and let us know if it works? Based on everyone's feedback I'll update mine then.
