Fog lights on without headlights on?

Is there a simple mod to have it so the fog lights can turn out without the headlights?

Nevermind, did some more digging around with different keywords and found what I was looking for, but it seems that it's not possible to do what I want, which is to keep stock fog light switch to control fog lights independently.
